Helping seniors and their families navigate the challenges of aging.

Asking for Help is Not Easy

In working with seniors and their families I understand that taking the 'first step' in any transition is often the most difficult. Asking for or admitting the need for help, is a challenge for all of us. I am here to provide a safe, comfortable start in planning your next steps.

When it comes to asking the initial questions, 'What do we do

now?' and 'Who can help us?', I can assist seniors and

their families in identifying available solutions to meet their needs and goals.

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Not sure who you should call to get the answers to your questions? Busy managing many responsibilities on your own?

I can assist in a number of different areas to give you some 'peace of mind' and free up your time to focus on what's most important to you.

Are you caring for a senior loved one? Has there been a significant change in their medical condition and now you need to step in and make decisions on their behalf? That can be a lonely and overwhelming experience. I am here to help with guidance, advice and compassion. Reach out and let's have a chat to discuss your situation.
