Guidance, recommendations and support includes (but is not limited to) the following areas:

• Assisting you to choose the right private home care provider

• Helping you understand and navigate the confusing and overwhelming health care system 

• Educate on what seniors programs & services are available - both publicly funded and private

• Education and guidance on dementia care

• Assistance with completing paperwork

• Advocating for you and your situation

• Providing emotional support
